Made from 100% macadamia nuts, lightly toasted and stone-milled — nothing else added. Rich, buttery and naturally smooth, with a flavour that's mellow rather than overpowering. Choose Smooth for a silky paste, or Crunchy for the same paste studded with bits of nut for extra texture.
Use it as you would tahini — stirred into salad dressings, whipped into a dip, or worked into satay and stir-fry sauces. It's just as at home in baking (cookies, fudge, brownies) or spooned over ice cream. Simple enough to spread on toast, versatile enough to build a recipe around.
