5. Ordering Goods
5.1 By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. 5.2 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 5.3 We will send you an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received your order. 5.4 Acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the goods to you, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 All prices on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. 6.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted. 6.3 Payment can be made by any of the methods specified on our website. We require payment in full before goods are dispatched.
7. Delivery
7.1 We will deliver the goods to the address you provide during the order process. 7.2 Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the goods, where applicable. The cost of delivery will be clearly displayed at the point of checkout. 7.3 We aim to deliver goods within the estimated delivery times provided, but delays can occasionally occur. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery time.
8. Risk and Ownership
8.1 Risk of damage to or loss of the goods will pass to you at the time of delivery. 8.2 Ownership of the goods will pass to you only when we have received full payment for the goods and delivery charges.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. 9.2 Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. 9.3 If the goods are faulty or not as described, you may return them to us for a full refund, including delivery charges. 9.4 We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
10. Common Provisions
10.1 No Waiver: The Owner’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. 10.2 Service
Interruption: To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates, or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately. 10.3 Within the limits of law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or discontinue the Service altogether. The User can obtain any previous version from the Owner.
