Our Story

The Biltong Factory's story can be traced back to the homeland of Biltong – South Africa, the masters of premium quality Biltong. In 2016, two budding Biltong makers brought their unrivalled secret recipe to the UK, adding new recipes alongside South Africa’s trademark original Biltong flavour.
Halal and kosher certified, The Biltong Factory has an established reputation for biltong excellence and carries the stamp of approval from South Africans all over the UK.

Using the traditional air-drying process, high-quality cuts of meat are carefully cured with a blend of spices and left to dry naturally.
